BEHIND THE BRAND

Lisa's Moku Pua Journey

Moku Pua was created on the island of Maui with a passion for capturing the spirit of aloha in every product we make.

I (Lisa) discovered Moku Pua in 2013 during a family visit to Maui and immediately fell in love not just with the islands, but with the way these products brought me back to paradise with every use.

For years, Moku Pua became my go-to for self-care: a daily connection to the beauty and soul of Hawaii.

In 2022, when the opportunity arose to carry Moku Pua’s vision forward, my brother and I knew it was meant to be. Today, as a small, family-owned and operated business, we are proud to handcraft natural body care products inspired by Hawaii’s lush botanicals and vibrant island lifestyle.

From artisan soaps and luxurious lotions to refreshing body mists, we blend clean ingredients with timeless island traditions — creating an experience that nourishes the skin, uplifts the senses, and carries a touch of aloha wherever you are.

Our Team

Our team is made up of a super trio, Lisa, Sean and Mike. They work on everything from making the products to shipping, to running the business. You can usually find them at the factory or the Moku Pua Maui location during the week.

"Pualani" was designed by our dear family friend Ailiza and has become the essence of our brand. With deep sunset colors, a basket full of leis, walking on a beach in Hawaii, she is the brand personified.
