Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• We do not accept returns on gift cards, clearance items, or customized products.

Refunds and Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
